Use water and minerals to change your state.


I’ve been listening to Dr. Joe Dispenza recently. All his talks are about how to change your energy, as you know. “In order to change your life, you have to change your energy.”


He emphasizes the importance of being properly hydrated and taking minerals. Also moving—exercise, yoga, being outdoors, dancing. Also acupuncture, massage, chiropractic. All the things. 

But the tip that gave me the “aha” was hydration and minerals.


So I doubled my water intake (I already take minerals). I’ve been working on a persistent challenge with my crown chakra, one that needs more yoga than I’m currently practicing. And/or deeper meditations. Or something. All ideas welcome! Anyway, the water helped!


Hydrate yourself, nourish yourself, meditate, and play with being in a positive feeling state when new information arrives so that you experience ‘new’ as expansion. 


FYI: Dr. Joe does his breath + meditation work for 2 hours every day. Hearing that motivated me to kick it up a couple of notches. Aiming for 1 hour at least one day a week,
